Reefers get more and more condensate and are less efficient over time. Your insulation is probably full of condensate. Some shops will replace all your insulation, some are more reasonable (closer to the southern border) You can also take some foaming coil cleaner for ac units and clean the fins on your unit condenser and evaporator coils they get dusty and the dust holds moisture also traps heat and see if it improves the efficiency of the cooling.

In short it’s the throttle position sensor. It is not fun to drive when one of those can’t read your throttle position on hills. Labor rate to work on the truck $175 per hour. Then the industry only wants to pay $100 hour to operate the truck. It just doesn't add up. Labor rate to replace your starter should have been half that much in my opinion.
